1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 15:00 (3 PM CET) will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is accepted, and a shipping notification with tracking details once dispatched.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Domestic (Poland): 1–3 business days

  • EU countries: 3–7 business days (depending on location)

  • Outside EU: delivery times vary, and customs duties may apply.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


3. Carriers

We ship orders via trusted logistics providers such as DPD, InPost, DHL, UPS, and Poczta Polska. Carrier availability may vary depending on destination and order size.


4. Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver to Poland and EU countries.

  • If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at office@indianhouse.pl for assistance.


5. Perishable & Restricted Goods

  • Perishable items (such as dairy, frozen, or fresh products) are available only for delivery within Poland to ensure safe and timely arrival.

  • Non-perishable products (spices, snacks, teas, packaged goods) can be shipped across the EU.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that items ordered comply with local import laws and restrictions.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside Poland, you may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, and import taxes. Indian House is not responsible for delays or costs incurred due to customs processing.


7. Delivery Issues

  • Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs inspections.

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your delivery address. We are not liable for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Missed Delivery: If a package is returned due to non-collection, we may reship after receiving payment for new shipping costs, or refund the order value minus original shipping fees (if products are eligible for return).


8. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.


9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at office@indianhouse.pl with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of packaging and product(s)

  • Description of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the problem by issuing a replacement, refund, or credit.
